Ryan T. Linville

Ryan grew up in Liberty, Missouri. He attended William Jewell College and the University of Missouri-Columbia where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Ryan was recognized among the top 10 persons majoring in marketing at Mizzou. Ryan received his Juris Doctor degree from the UMKC School of Law, where he made numerous Dean’s lists and was a memeber of the UMKC Law Review. Ryan has been a past speaker at continuing legal education seminars for other attorneys in the area of workers’ compensation.

His legal career initially included representing and defending some of Kansas City’s largest employers in connection with workers’ compensation claims. His practice subsequently transitioned into the exclusive representation of individuals injured as the result of the negligence of others, and individuals injured at work.
